By accessing or using any portion of the Sites, or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms of Use when this option is presented, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”).Please note: These Terms do not cover any offline real estate services or other offerings.Binding Arbitration Notice: Any disputes between you and us must be resolved through binding arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to assert or defend your rights in court (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court).
